Our Mission
Phoenix Youth Empowerment Center is dedicated to helping young people overcome drug abuse and addiction through psycho-education, real-life experiences of the founder, rehabilitation, and strong community support. We provide young people with the resources and support to rebuild their lives, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for personal growth and long-term recovery.
Our Goal
To reduce youth drug abuse by 30% in our target communities within the next five years by delivering impactful prevention programs, accessible rehabilitation services, and transformative youth development initiative. We commit to walking with thousands of young people as they heal, rediscover their worth, and build meaningful, substance-free lives filled with purpose and possibility.
Meet the Founder
Founder, Phoenix Youth Empowerment Center
Chukwuemeka KinG Okoro, Founder of Phoenix Youth Empowerment Center, once battled addiction himself and knows the darkness it brings. Through courage, determination, and faith, he turned his life around and now dedicates himself to lifting young people out of the same struggles.
With every program, mentorship session, and community initiative, he inspires hope, rebuilds lives, and shows that recovery is possible. His mission is to guide youths toward healing, purpose, and a brighter, drug-free future, proving that even the deepest struggles can become a powerful story of transformation.
